 e workshop is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and 
 practical strategies to better understand\, support\, and include neurodiv
 ergent employees in the workplace. Participants will gain insights into th
 e diversity of neurocognitive profiles and how they may manifest in profes
 sional settings. Through discussion and real-world scenarios\, they will e
 xplore common barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals\, consider incl
 usive approaches to workplace interactions\, and reflect on how to create 
 environments that value and accommodate neurodiverse ways of thinking and 
 working. The session will also highlight available resources at McGill\, i
 ncluding accommodation processes and supports for both employees and manag
 ers. \n\nBy attending this workshop\, participants will be better able to:
  \n\n\n	\n		Identify different manifestations of neurodiversity and impacts o
 f ableism in the workplace \n	\n\n\n\n	\n		Explore ways to enhance the inclusi
 on of neurodivergent employees \n	\n\n\n\n	\n		Reflect on various scenarios th
 at may arise and determine best practices for intervening and supporting 
 \n	\n\n\n\n	\n		Summarize available resources including processes for accommod
 ations at McGill \n	\n\n\n \n\nNote that an Outlook calendar invitation and
