 e course.)\n\nThe first part of this hands-on workshop will provide an ove
 rview of the main features of Documentum D2:\n\n\n	Login /Logout\n	Workspace
 s\n	Widgets\n	User settings\n	Subscriptions\n	Space navigation\n	Folders\n	Files
  (import\, view\, edit\, delete\, comment\, keywords\, subscription\, prop
 erties)\n	View membership\n	Versioning\n	Search (global\, advanced\, saved se
 arches)\n\n\nThe second part of this hands-on workshop covers the role of 
 the D2 space coordinator\, who is responsible for space membership and per
 mission. The following features are presented:\n\n\n	View space membership 
 per group.\n	Add users or groups to the D2 groups (coordinator\, contributo
 r\, consumer).\n	Remove users or groups from the D2 groups (coordinator\, c
 ontributor\, consumer).\n	Manage group permissions\n	If required\, create a 
 new custom D2 group and assign the appropriate permission to it.\n\n\nFor
