 in/check out feature. The workshop also covers the role of the space coord

 ands-on workshop will provide an overview of the main features of Document
 um D2:\n\n\n	Login /Logout\n	Workspaces\n	Widgets\n	User settings\n	Subscriptio
 ns\n	Space navigation\n	Folders\n	Files (import\, view\, edit\, delete\, comm
 ent\, keywords\, subscription\, properties)\n	View membership\n	Versioning\n
 	Search (global\, advanced\, saved searches)\n\n\nThe second part of this h
 ands-on workshop covers the role of the D2 space coordinator\, who is resp
 onsible for space membership and permission. The following features are pr
 esented:\n\n\n	View space membership per group.\n	Add users or groups to the
  D2 groups (coordinator\, contributor\, consumer).\n	Remove users or groups
  from the D2 groups (coordinator\, contributor\, consumer).\n	Manage group 
 permissions\n	If required\, create a new custom D2 group and assign the app
