Exchange email has been restored successfully for all but approximately 100 of the students and alumni that were affected by the problems earlier this week. There were errors when restoring these 100 mailboxes, but they are being reprocessed and we expect them to be restored within the next few hours.
For all users that were affected, mailbox operations (receive, delete, calendar, etc.) made between approx. 5pm Saturday March 27 and the failure on Monday March 29th at approx. 11:40am were permanently lost due to log file corruption. We apologize for this inconvenience.
