Please continue to access your mailbox using Outlook Web Access (http://exchange.mcgill.ca) or by logging into the myMcGill portal until Saturday, April 3, after which you will be able to access your mailbox and all restored email on any of the usual platforms.
Unfortunately, emails sent to you between 5 pm Saturday March 27 and Monday March 29 at 12 pm noon are not recoverable. We are contacting the senders to make them aware of the problem and asking them to resend the emails, at their discretion.

Staff and students whose email is unaffected can continue to access their email as usual.
