The ICS Service Desk will be closed for the holidays:

(Walk-in support office closes at 5 pm)

1) Sign into the IT services you need, and make sure you have
set up your password before the holidays begin.
2) Go to the myMcGill portal and click the link in the McGill Password Security portlet to set up your McGill Password Security Questions and Responses. This will allow you to use the Forgot Password? feature in case you forget your McGill Password.
