Access your mailbox using Outlook Web Access (http://exchange.mcgill.ca) or by logging into the myMcGill portal.
Note that currently, your mailbox will only contain email which has been pending since Monday, March 29 at around noon (when the email problem occurred) until now; it will not display emails received prior to that time.
Your mailbox will be restored gradually. Stay tuned for any further details. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience while we work to resolve the problem.
Staff and students whose email is unaffected can continue to access their email as usual.
