Exchange email: slowdown and error messages to users
Some users have reported continuing problems with Exchange email, including slowdowns in performance and error messages related to displaying messages. If you suspect you have not received some messages, please follow the steps listed in the Staff email update: retrieve undelivered messages announcement.
For example, in Outlook and Outlook Web Access those using the Reading Pane display may see an error message when they single click on a message. Note that you can safely double-click on a message to display it.
