Banner/Minerva upgrade completed
The scheduled upgrade of Banner/Minerva is completed and related systems are now open!
Note that when logging into Banner (INB), instead of simply entering “BANNER” as the database name, you will need to specify “BANNER.MCGILL.CA” (the database name is not case sensitive).

Imaging users who are not managed by
Please ensure that you have made arrangements with your LAN manager to install ApplicationXtender 6.5 Desktop or Web Access Components on your desktop. Do not attempt to access the Imaging system before this installation is done.
Imaging users who are managed by ICS:
Your workstations are already upgraded with the new version of AX 6.5. If you have logged in on Monday, November 22, you should be able to start using the AX imaging system right away. If you have not logged in on Monday, please wait up to 1 hour the next time you log in before accessing Imaging functionality.
