Yesterday, February 5, there was a problem with the Application Xtender (AX) License server, which prevented users from logging into the AX Imaging System. The server and license components have since been re-installed on a new server and the AX Imaging service appears to be running normally now. Users who were logged in before may have to log in again.
Note that the development, training and QA instances of the application resided on the server that had problems. These instances are currently unavailable until further notice.
