Original message - April 9, 2014 - 10 am:
We are currently experiencing problems with the Outlook 2013 client for email, calendar and Lync. Outlook 2013 email client may display different pop-up messages, or the screen may freeze while typing a message, or messages may not be sent at all. The Lync 2013 client (instant messaging, Lync calls, etc.) is not functioning.
We are working on resolving this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. As an alternative, users can access their email or use the Lync instant messager via Outlook Web Access (http://exchange.mcgill.ca).
