McGill IT Services is happy to announce that we have successfully launched the new IT support ticketing system in ServiceNow.
Most of the changes affect only internal processing of support ticket; however, those who contact the IT Service Desk will receive new email notifications, and the ticket reference numbers now contain letters as well as numbers. NOTE: The old email address "ICS Customer Support (customersuppot.ist [at] mcgill.ca)" can be used to reply to existing tickets from the old system, but please DO NOT use that email address to send in new support tickets.
