Our IT Support site offers a range of self-service options where you can find answers to many IT-related questions: How-tos, FAQs, known issues, etc.
To enhance our service offering, IT Services is pleased to announce the launch of a live chat feature on the IT Support Site. This new feature allows you to chat in real time with an IT Service Desk agent who will be available to help answer your questions and resolve issues the moment they arise.
To chat with an agent, log into the IT Support site and click the blue Click here to start a chat button on the right of your browser window. This will launch the IT Support Chat window where you can type your question and begin a text chat with a support agent.
Live chat is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST and complements our other customer support channels.
NOTE: You must log in to the IT Support site to access all content, including live chat.
