Due to a system upgrade from 8:00 pm, Saturday, December 9 to 9:00 am, Sunday, December 10, McGill Passwords will not be able to be created or reset, either through Minerva or Reggie.
In addition, the following services will be unavailable during this time period:
- Reggie (change email delivery destination, change passwords, find McGill account information)
- Staff and Student Directory lookup
- Alumni email for life registration
- McGill Service Providers form in Banner (INB)
- Work Order System
- Minerva - Password for McGill Username
- Minerva - Students will not be able to opt in or out of the Student Directory
- Minerva - Finance- uPrint Cpmus Printing Menu
- Minerva - Information Security - InfoSec Search
