Join us for this interactive workshop hosted by Chloe Rourke & Tamara Cassis from Student Services.

As an educator, your health and wellbeing are keys to a productive and joyous classroom.

In order to equip you with the tools needed to balance all aspects of your bustling life, the international renowned WRAP program offers you a "wellness toolbox" that teaches you how to create a daily maintenance to preserve your well-being, as well as an action plan to cope with stresses and crises.

Don't wait until it's too late! Get the tools you need now to help you smoothly navigate the academic year.

 

The same workshop will be offered on two dates:

- Monday September 12 from 9:30-11:30, Education building room 211

- Friday September 16 from 9:30-11:30, Coach House (3715 Peel)
