Do you have questions about Imposter Syndrome? You aren’t the only one.
In this workshop, you will learn the definition of Imposter Syndrome as well as its usefulness and limitations as a concept in mental health. You will learn when and how imposter syndrome can show up in your life as a graduate student. We will discuss simple tools and tips to boost your wellbeing and manage self-doubt as it happens.
Please note that this workshop is for graduate students only.

This event will be held in Otto Maass Chemistry Building in Ruttan Room (321). Otto Maass is located at 801 Rue Sherbrooke West and is accessible by ramp via the main door (McGill Map).
