 ing or staying asleep at night due to anxiety or low mood\, and who face d
 ifficulty during the day as a result of poor sleep. Topics covered will in
 clude a guided discussion on the structure and function of sleep\, sleep r
 egulation\, insomnia and its causes\, and strategies to improve sleep qual
