Sustainability at McGill 101

**To receive CCR recognition, participants must attend a minimum of 2 of the 4 workshops offered by the McGill Office of Sustainability. Eligible events include Sustainability at McGill 101McGill’s Climate and Sustainability Strategy, Climate Action at McGill, and Leading Sustainable Projects at McGill.


This workshop offers an overview of sustainability at McGill:

  • What is it?
  • Who participates in it?
  • Why is it important?

Participants will learn definitions of sustainability that are used at McGill in addition to other sustainability literacy concepts. The session will present how students can participate in the sustainability movement on campus and will introduce sustainability programs, events, and resources that are available to students.
