Days of Service: Valentine's Day at CHSLD Vigi Reine-Elizabeth

CHSLD Vigi Reine-Elizabeth, 2055 Avenue Northcliffe, Montreal, CA
 Valentine

Looking to get involved in the community and spread some cheer? Come volunteer at CHSLD Vigi Reine-Elizabeth and spend some time with the long-term care patients for Valentine’s Day! This volunteering opportunity consists of distributing some care packages in the center and spending some time with the residents. Residential and long-term care centers, better known as CHSLDs, are accommodations intended for seniors experiencing a significant loss of autonomy. Their mission is to provide their clients with a safe and hospitable environment while ensuring they receive the care and services that they need.

Wearing a mask is extremely encouraged. Please note that some residents speak French only.

You will receive an email with additional information following your registration. Registration closes 48 hours before the event.

When a minimum of 4 hours of volunteering for CHSLD has been completed, you can request a copy of your Co-Curricular Record (CCR), an official document recognizing your involvement in and out of classroom learning experiences.
