Are you struggling with distress and anxiety in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic? Has your mental health been impacted by social distancing or self-isolating measures? Do you feel alone? This online group is an opportunity to come together, share what you’ve been going through, and to receive support. Open to all McGill students.

Participants are welcome to attend any or all sessions. Please register at least 60 minutes prior to the start time of a session to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
