ISS is committed to providing all international students with exceptional service. If you need to cancel your appointment, please log into myISS portal least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hour prior to your appointment, you must call or submit a request through the myISS Request Form. When a student cancels or does not show up for the scheduled appointment, without giving 24-hours notice, they prevent another student from being seen.
