Sophie Tukalak

Sophie is an Inuk from Northern Quebec-Puvirnituq and Kuujjuaq, Quebec. She has worked with Dr. Vang on a number of research projects involving Nunavimmiut since 2018. Sophie is currently working as a clinical research coordinator/research assistant on the Irnisursiriartutuq Nunaringngitamini project.

Otgon Baatar

Otgon worked as an anesthesiologist and intensive care physician in Mongolia. She holds PhD in Critical Care from Mongolian National Medical University, and has previous experience of working as clinical research assistant in Paracelsus Medical University Salzburg Austria, and in Emergency Research Department of RI-MUHC. Her research interest is healthcare in resource limited area including indigenous health. Otgon is currently working as a project coordinator on the Irnisursiriartutuq Nunaringngitamini project.

Bryan Butler

Bryan is a doctoral researcher and psychology trainee at McGill Univeristy. His doctoral research is being supervised by Dr. Marie-Hélène Pennestri and is affiliated with the Sleep Laboratory at Rivière-Des-Prairies Mental Health Hospital. Bryan is investigating the relationship between infant and parental sleep, and mental health outcomes during the prenatal and postpartum periods. He is interested in improving mental health outcomes of mothers and their partners during these periods and the resulting impact on child development. Bryan is currently working as a clinical interviewer on the Irnisursiriartutuq Nunaringngitamini project.
