Registration period for Fall 2014 and Winter 2015 using Minerva for all newly-admitted undergraduate students, whose highest level of education prior to registering at McGill is high school, and who are entering Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Engineering (including Architecture), Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science.
This also includes opening of registration for Quebec Inter-University Transfer students.
All new students please note, non-lab freshman courses (MATH 133/134/139/140/141)will be open to the following students only between June 6 and June 24: B.Sc., B.S.&Sc., B.Ed., B.Sc. (Kinesiology), B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Eng., B.S.E. (Software Engineering) and B.Sc. (Architecture). These courses will reopen to all undergraduates in all faculties on June 25 at 10:00 a.m.
Freshman courses with labs (BIOL 111/112, CHEM 110/120, PHYS 101/102/131/142) will be open to the following students only between June 6 and July 8: B.Sc., B.A.&Sc., B.Ed., B.Sc. (Kinesiology), B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Eng. B.S.E. (Software Engineering) and B.Sc. (Architecture). These courses will reopen to all undergraduates in all faculties on July 9 at 10:00 a.m.
NOTE: Students admitted from Quebec CEGEPs as well as French Baccalaureate students from Collège Marie de France and Collège Stanislas have access to registration as of June 9; students whose highest level of education prior to registering at McGill is a French Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate or at least one year of university (including Special students and Visiting students), or who have other academic qualifications such as Advanced Levels, Advanced Placements or CAPE which provides for advanced standing credit have access to registration as of June 16; and students whose highest level of education prior to registering at McGill is high school, and who are entering in Arts (including School of Social Work), B.A.&Sc., Education, Management, Music and Religious Studies have access to registration as of June 17.
IMPORTANT: New students have until Thursday, August 14, 2014 to register for at least one course in order to avoid late registration penalties.
