Jennifer ProudfootSenior Academic Associate – Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange

Jennifer Proudfoot is the Senior Academic Associate - Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange at the IHSP, responsible for leading the Institute's knowledge translation and exchange work. She oversees the development of KT training initiatives, advises on KT strategy, implementation and evaluation, and facilitates dialogue and collaborations with policy, community and academic partners. Jennifer has extensive experience working across disciplines and sectors for policy and practice change in Canada and internationally.

Kate ShawStudent Affairs Administrator

Kate Shaw supports and develops new and existing student programming at the IHSP in her role as Student Affairs Administrator. She encourages all students with questions, feedback, and new ideas to get in touch — she’d love to chat. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Hispanic Studies from McGill University, and has previously worked in research, business development, and early childhood education.

Sonia BichlerSenior Administrative Coordinator
& Assistant to the Director

Sonia Bichler is the Senior Administrative Coordinator and Assistant to the Director for the IHSP. Sonia provides administrative support to the Director, faculty and students as well as acts as the webmaster for the website. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McGill University and a CEGEP Certificate in Graphic and Web Design from John Abbott College. Prior to joining the IHSP, she was part of the Faculty Development Office’s administrative team.

Anaik FortierAdministrative Coordinator

Anaik Fortier is the Administrative Coordinator at the Institute for Health and Social Policy and provides administrative support to faculty, staff and students. If you have any questions please feel free to contact her. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology (joint specialization) from Concordia University. She has previously worked in administration for facility maintenance and finance. She is passionate about fitness and can probably bench press you.
