What is LGBTQ+ food? What makes food and drink queer? We are pleased to announce a hybrid conference on queer food and drink to be held in Montréal, Québec, Canada (at McGill University) from May 1 to 3, 2026. This conference will bring together scholars, activists, artists, journalists, farmers, chefs, and other food industry professionals.
