Cancellation policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference will receive a refund [less 20% of the registration fee for administrative charges] on written cancellations received prior to October 15, 2013.

Regrettably, NO refunds will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or conference materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the conference]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance.

The conference reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.


• All 'Early Bird' conference registration require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
• Any discounts offered by the IASL also require payment at the time of registration.
• All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment: Visa, Master Card, or American Express credit cards are accepted.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
