 ould include conflict with a co-worker\, a concern you’d like to raise wit
 h your boss\, feedback to a direct report\, issues in a team\, to name a f
 ew.\n\nIn this dynamic interactive online workshop\, participants will:\n
 \n\n	Determine when it is desirable to have a difficult or hard conversatio
 n and when another approach would be more appropriate\n	Learn their default
  preferences when faced with one of these situations and how that might im
 pact their decision making and behaviours\n	Understand how to prepare for a
  conversation using a preparation worksheet\n	Learn and practice a simple a
 nd effective framework or process to use when having a difficult conversat
 ion\n	Discuss how to deal with emotions in these situations\n	Identify steps
  to take after a difficult conversation to normalize and build for future
