DESCRIPTION:Offered by the Health and Wellness Program as part of the 14th
Annual Health and Wellness Fair\n\nMale mental health is a critical yet of
ten underrecognized area\, with men making up a significant portion of glo
bal suicide rates—approximately 7 out of every 10 suicide deaths. In Canad
a\, suicide is the second leading cause of death among men under 50\, with
men accounting for about 75% of these tragedies. Despite these statistics
\, the issue is frequently termed a “silent crisis” or “silent epidemic.”

 n. By fostering awareness\, encouraging help-seeking behavior\, and promot
ing resilience\, we can work together to improve men’s mental health and r
 educe suicide rates.\n\nRegister here.\n\n \n
