DESCRIPTION:Offered by the Health and Well-Being Program \n\nAre the benefi

l new research on the association between alcohol use and physical\, menta
l and social harms has been done. Evidence shows that consuming alcohol in
creases the risk of such harms\, including the risk of seven types of canc
er\, short-term disability and injury\, and heart disease and stroke. Join
Dr. Christopher Labos in this session to understand the impacts of drinki
ng alcohol\, and the new recommended amounts.\n\n\n	Does alcohol have benef
