2007 Salary Policy for Management Staff & Staff in Positions Excluded from the MUNACA Bargaining Unit

In the ongoing transition toward a compensation model that is increasingly focused on "pay for performance" and the effective implementation of performance dialogue, the 2007 salary policy exercise more closely links performance to merit increase awards. Thus, while we are limited by University budget constraints, this year's merit model provides for more significant differences between the categories of performance.
