Bjillian MacKinnon, Coordinator, Workplace Outreach Strategy, with The Arthritis Society will discuss the different types of arthritis, the risk factors, early warning signs and diagnosis. She will also present strategies for managing symptoms, including the role of nutrition. You will have the chance to learn and try a few stretches to help protect your joints.
