Update on negotiations with AMUSE (floor fellows)

The parties met on October 19 in the presence of the arbitrator appointed by the ministère du Travail. They resumed the discussion they had started at the previous meeting on the rules governing the allocation of contracts to floor fellows, and more specifically, to returning floor fellows.

The parties made progress on the posting and granting of assignments, a discussion which then led them to address performance dialogues. The employer submitted to the union its proposed text for those two articles.
