History Program Advising/Audit forms can be found under each of the History Program webpages:

Honours Program (60 credits)

CAPACITY OVERRIDE PERMIT Form is used by History Program students who weren't able to register for a course that has reached capacity.  The form should be brought to the Instructor of the course and if he/she agrees to going over the cap, the form should be signed by the Instructor.  Students should follow the instructions on the form once they have the signature.

HIST 413 "Independent Research" course form  -  History Major Progam Students - If you are interested in undertaking research and writing a paper under the direction of an academic supervisor, you will need this form to process the request to obtain a permit to register for this course.  Honours and Minor program students may register for this course and have it count toward their history program by permission of their Program Adviser.

HIST 490D1/D2 - Independent Study Form: Honours Tutorial.  - Honours Program Students - This course may be counted as a required full-year honours seminar with the approval of a faculty member to act as supervisor and of an honours program adviser to count toward honours program.
