Laurent Simon, PhD is a Full Professor, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department, and the co-director of Mosaic, Creativity and Innovation Hub, at HEC Montréal. His teaching focuses on the management of creativity for innovation, new models and processes for value creation, the strategic management of cultural organizations and design thinking for innovation and entrepreneurship. He conducts research projects on the management of creativity and innovation in different fields such as the video game industry, software and high tech firms, healthcare, mobility, banking and financial services, performing arts and cultural organizations.

Yannick Roy

Yannick Roy is well-known on the international neurotechnology scene, namely given his status as the main co-founder of NeuroTechX, the largest international community in neurotechnology. He has developed a uniquely comprehensive expertise in neurotechnology, leading him to act as a coach to many neurotechnology startups and as an advisor on international panels.

Yannick has a background in Computer and Electrical engineering. He is also finishing his PhD at the University of Montreal on Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) and teaching advanced programming at ETS.
