100 Minutes of Writing - March 21 and 30, 2016
Need to spice up your writing routine? Ready to try a new time management method with other motivated writers?
If so, the McGill Writing Centre, GPS, PGSS, and SKILLSETS are collaborating to offer two 100 Minutes of Writing sessions for graduate students.
The session will follow the Pomodoro model:
10 minutes: Welcome, introductions, instructions, and setting SMART writing goals
25 minutes: FIRST WRITING BLOCK
5 minutes: Break
25 minutes: SECOND WRITING BLOCK
5 minutes: Break
25 minutes: THIRD WRITING BLOCK
5 minutes: Break
25 minutes: FOURTH WRITING BLOCK
20 minutes: Debrief about writing progress
SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, results-focused, time-bound
