This request form is for students who graduated in February 2021 or May/June 2021, and who are unable to use a Minerva Confirmation of Graduation letter or an official electronic Transcript as proof of graduation and must obtain their physical parchment.
NOTE: Due to a high volume of requests and staff vacations, this form will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, July 16 to Sunday, August 1. The form will reopen on August 2 at 9:00 am.
Please note that due to the high number of requests, there is an approximate turnaround time of 14 working days to process diplomas (this does not include mailing time). For pick-up requests, a link to schedule your appointment will be sent to you and you must confirm the date/time of your appointment BEFORE your diploma can be processed.
Once your parchment is in your possession it cannot be returned to Enrolment Services. Note that this will not prevent you from attending an in-person Convocation ceremony in the future and you will receive an empty envelope after crossing the stage.
If you request to have your diploma sent to you by Tracked Courier, you must ensure that a current and valid MAILING address and phone number are updated in Minerva (under the Personal Menu). Enrolment Services will not mail your diploma to the permanent address on file.
