Information Session: Research opportunities in Germany for doctoral candidates, postdocs, and faculty

DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is Germany’s national organization charged with fostering international academic cooperation. DAAD offers Study Scholarships and Research Grants for highly qualified graduate students, PhD candidates, and post-doctoral researchers in all disciplines to study and carry out research at universities or research institutes in Germany.

The information session will provide an overview of Germany’s vibrant research landscapes, useful tools for identifying potential collaborators and information on funding opportunities open to Canadian scholars to foster research activities in Germany and / or with German colleagues.

The session will be given by Dr. Nicolar Voehringer, Director of the DAAD Information Centre in Toronto, on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM at the James Administration Building, Room 301.
