On January 27th, 2020, McGill signed an agreement with the Fundacion Mexicana para la Educacion, la Tecnologia y la Ciencia (FUNED) to co-sponsor Mexican students enrolled in a Master's non-thesis program at McGill in the fields of Management, Social Sciences and Economics. The agreement aims at attracting top Mexican students to pursue graduate studies at McGill.
Value & Duration
FUNED will provide up to 15,000 USD for tuition, fees and living expenses. The amount provided to each prospective student will be based on the results of FUNED's financial needs evaluation of the student.
McGill will provide the following, as long as the scholarship from FUNED is still valid:
- Non-thesis Master's: $4,000 per year as tuition support, for a maximum of two years;
- MBA: 20% of the current tuition rate for the totality of the program.
Funding is provided for a maximum period of two (2) years.
