DESCRIPTION:The McGill Global Health Programs and the Steinberg Center for 
 Simulation and Interactive Learning at McGill University are jointly offer
 ing a fellowship for medical professionals from low and middle income coun
 tries.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who will take back their new know
 ledge and skills learned during their fellowship to either implement a pro
 gram or begin simulation-based research at their respective institution.\n
 \nProgram Offering:\n\nFellows will be invited to attend the Simnovate int
 ernational medical simulation conference from May 5-6th\, 2016. They will 
 then stay in Montreal for two additional weeks\, observing simulation acti
 vities offered at the Steinberg Center for Simulation and Interactive Lear
 ning at McGill University. Depending on individual interest\, they will al
 so have the opportunity to meet with global health professionals in the Fa
 culty of Medicine.\n\nOpportunities for the Fellows will include*:\n\n\n	Ov
 erview of the Steinberg Center for Simulation and Interactive Learning and
  the facilities it offers\, research initiatives etc.\n	Observations of a r
 ange of simulation-based trainings run by the center (e.g.  ultrasound sim
 ulation training\, advanced life support trainings)\n	Networking and mentor
 ship opportunities with global health experts in fellow’s area(s) of inter
 est\n\n\n*Depending on the individual interests of the fellow\, a customiz
 ed program will be developed\n\nProvisions:\n\nEconomic travel and hotel a
 ccommodations will be provided for by McGill University and fees to attend
  Simnovate will be waived. All other expenses including food\, transport\,
  and visa fees are the fellow’s responsibilities.\n\nApplication:\n\nIf in
 terested in this program\, please prepare an application letter in pdf for
 mat including your CV and no more than two pages discussing:\n\n\n	Your pre
 vious work in simulation OR your previous work in quality related issues\n
 	Why and how you will use this fellowship to implement simulation in your c
 ountry/institution.\n\n\nFellows will be selected by the expert committee 
 at McGill and will be hosted by McGill from May 4th-May 21st 2016 (dates s
