Tomoko joined the Richards Lab in April of 2019 as a graduate student in McGill - Kyoto Collaborative School in Genomic Medicine.

She was born in Japan and has a clinical experience of respiratory medicine training. Her current research interest is to investigate the basic mechanism of pulmonary diseases from

multi-omics data. One of the goal of her study is to elucidate predictive biomarkers which could be translated to clinical use.
