Biography:
Dr. Zhao obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from McGill University. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) and his gastroenterology residency at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). He then pursued advanced fellowship training at the University Health Network in Toronto, completing two years of subspecialty training in transplant hepatology and hepatocellular carcinoma.
