Approval of PCard transactions in MOPS - effective December 3

Dear Colleagues,

Further to the undernoted announcement, we would like to inform you that the new approval process for reconciled PCard transactions in MOPS will come into effect on December 3rd, 2015 at 9AM. As a result, the MOPS menu in Minerva will be unavailable from 3PM on December 2nd until 9AM on December 3rd.

Transaction Services - Holiday Deadlines 2015

The following are Transaction Services’ deadlines prior to the Holidays: Travel (advances and expense reports) Advances, non-FST expense reports and Professional Development Fund received by the Travel Desk by December 3rd at 5:00 p.m. will be processed by December 21st. FST expense reports and Advances received by the Travel Desk by December 14th

Approval of PCard transactions in MOPS - upcoming change in process

We would like to inform you of a pending change in process with regards to the approval of PCard transactions in MOPS (McGill Online PCard Service). Tri-Agency requires the approval of all reconciled PCard transactions by the Fund Financial Manager/Principal Investigator (FFM/PI) or their Delegate before being posted to the ledger.

NEW course: FIS 351 Crystal Reports for Finance Users – Level 1

We are pleased to announce that Financial Services is now offering a Level I course on using Crystal Reports. This course covers basic functions to modify text and field objects in existing crystal report templates pulling data from the FIS data warehouse.
