Accessing financial information for reporting purposes can be done in several different ways. The easiest and most recommended method to use is Minerva Financial Statements. More information about financial statements is available in our Knowledge Base.
Data Warehouse Access
Access to the data warehouse is granted by submitting an online form on the IT Services site. [Sign-in is required.]
Before requesting data warehouse access, you must be:
A Fund Financial Manager (FFM) or Principal Investigator (PI)
A FIS User - have query access to funds/grants (more information)
Variance analysis reports help quantify and identify the difference in actual expenditures or revenues between fiscal years and quarters. In some cases, variance is calculated by comparing budget to actuals and in others the comparison is based solely on actuals.
