The Gault Nature Reserve protects 1000 hectares of forests of the St. Lawrence Valley in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, about 40 km from Montreal. This panoramic landscape is ideal for discovering nature. It is a federal home sanctuary and a provincial wildlife refuge open year-round to visitors. Activities include hiking, birdwatching, skiing, and snowshoeing. Overnight accommodations are available.
