Please note that this is not a course registration form. You must access the McGill website and log into Minerva for Students once your student number and your access to the system have been confirmed. Adding a course confirms your registration.

6.Authorisation, Acknowledgement and Consent information

Note:

• Forms must be filled and signed must be signed by the user to be completed by ALL registrants to Summer Studies, (see www.mcgill.ca/legaldocuments/permcode)
• Once the registration and permanent code data forms are completed, follow the uploading and fee payment instructions on the website:
https://www.mcgill.ca/summer/future‐students/registering (select Visiting or Special Student).
• Note that both the registration form and the permanent code data form require your handwritten signature.
• You are required to upload documentation in support of your legal and tuition fee status. To determine what documents to provide, refer to the website indicated on the registration form in the “Legal Status” section.
• Warning! The Summer Registration form is NOT a course registration form. The form only serves to create the student record. Once your profile is created, you will receive an email notification with further instructions on how to register for courses.
