Simulation 2 Results

We have now concluded the second simulation for the Scheduling Project. Communication plan is as follows:

  • The Dean of each participating Faculty has been sent (via email) a copy of the simulated master timetable for his/her Faculty the end of the week of July 14th.
  • We plan to communicate the results to the Chairs, Directors and Scheduling Coordinators of the academic units within each of the participating faculties the week of July 21st. They will be asked to review the results for their units and provide ES (Registrar's office) with feedback by August 18, 2008.
