Note that this webform is available according to the timeline of the University's government reporting obligations to the Ministry of Education:
- From September to February after the annual audit is concluded: requests accepted for all terms.
- From February to April while the Government Reporting Unit (GRU) works on the final submission of the amendment terms: ***no requests accepted*** (webform disabled).
- From April to June after the final amendment files have been submitted: requests accepted EXCEPT for finalized amendment terms. These are the terms about to be audited, they are removed from webform options.
- From June to September during the annual audit: ***no requests accepted*** (webform disabled).
Please note that it is the user's responsibility to verify the student record post-GDEU changes were updated as requested.
