Billings High School (high school), Karonhianonhnha Tsi School, and Kateri Tekakwitha (primary schools) that consists of mentorship and tutoring with students. The Homework Help program offers weekly one-to-one tutoring in a variety of subjects such as English, Math and Social Studies. The tutoring is held after school for an hour and half once a week. Transportation is by STM and taxis.
Students will need to be available for 3-4 hours a week, on Tuesday afternoons from approx. 1:30-5:00pm (includes transportation time).
For some programs, volunteering period is from mid-October to mid-April. If you are interested in doing only one semester of volunteering, please mention that in the Additional comments section.
