  Second she'll talk about the challenges posed by the library closures\, a
 nd what we were able to do to continue offering accessibility services. Fi
 nally\, she'll discuss how things currently stand as regards physical acce
 ssibility (which may of course change between now and November)\, and some
  of the things we hope to accomplish once the libraries are fully operatio
