 and the context\, commitments\, and policy/legal frameworks of employment 
 equity at McGill\n	Develop steps for an effective\, strategic\, and equitab
 le search for staff that leads to the hiring of excellent candidates\n	Iden
 tify and address barriers at all stages of the search\, including in job d
 escriptions\, sourcing/recruitment\, screening\, interviews\, assessments\
 , offers and onboarding\n	Receive guidance on how to apply the equivalency 
 class protocol to the hiring process\n\n\n\n	Note that an Outlook calendar 
 invitation and Zoom link will be sent to participants in advance of the wo
